Rule 51
Leave Officer
(1) The General Secretary shall have the authority to approve leave other than study leave, extraordinary leave and unpaid leave.
(2) If an employee submits an application that the leave taken is not necessary for him, the leave sanctioning authority shall cancel such leave and make him appear.
